Tin House is a community and participatory arts organisation based in the east of England, specialising in workshop facilitation, professional arts design and fabrication, event production and technical management and lighting design. We work extensively with festivals, local authorities, events companies and communities to make spectacular outdoor and theatre productions happen.
From our large workshop space in Norwich, we provide artistic expertise and technical support and management for organisations such as Norfolk and Norwich Festival, SeaChange Arts and Norwich City Council and also work on our own projects with groups and individuals through one-off and on-going workshops. We specialise in transforming ideas and imagination into practical, creative reality, using a wide range of skills, materials and associate artists.
Tin House projects include celebratory events, theatre and street theatre, costume and props, masks and headdresses, sculptures and lanterns, puppets - giant or small, processional images, pyrotechnics and decoration.
As well as their commissioned services, Tin House run a series of workshops for general interest and professional development. For details of what's currently on offer please get in touch.
Tin House work locally, regionally and internationally. If you would like to talk to them about a project, large or small please contact Ali Mackenzie or Tim Tracey
